Positive: Room was spacious on main floor. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and tried to really help and mitigate any issues.
Negative: First I thought it was a bit pricey for hotel when we pulled up initially and we were told we were in the upgraded wing- my expectations were higher. Not bad honestly but then my daughter went the bathroom and came out and closed the door and the door was locked- we couldnt get back in. When we asked for help they came right away but my husband was the one to jimmy the door open (the guys who came had no tools and was in middle of the night). It happened again next morning, and a lady came right away and went to get some tools but couldnt get it open and said they white things should not come out. They then got us another room key to go to the bathroom down the hall which was great customer service and greatly appreciated. We were leaving and again my husband got it open before the maintence crew showed up. But overall for the price and we had to pay for breakfast which was ok (a bit over priced) the hotel, while good, wasn't quite the value for $$ we were hoping for. But that staff were amazing.
Summary: Pleasant stay with a few hiccups but overall good.
